About InterDynamics
InterDynamics
(www.interdynamics.com)
the company emerged in 1992. InterDynamics
is a leading supplier of:
- shift analysis and planning
software tools, and
- training and change support
programs
which are focused on reducing the
Risk associated with Fatigue in
the Workplace.
InterDynamics services an international
market for Planning, Analysis,
Scheduling and Rostering programs,
products and systems.
Achievements of note include the
development and implementation
of the Delivery Vehicle Scheduling
System for the Sydney 2000 Olympics.
InterDynamics’ products and
services support designers of
supply chains, production facilities
and mines, crewing, fleet and
infrastructure systems.
Designers enjoy a full view of
the dynamics of their systems,
capability to assess the capacity
of these systems and their integral
processes, capability to assess
the risks associated with the
performance of these systems,
and assistance with developing
new or improved designs.
InterDynamics supports implementation
of these designs with Learning
Simulators, Decision Support Platforms
and Change Frameworks that promote
awareness of: the essence of the
design, the assigned capacity,
and the performance of the system
at a local and global level.
Over the last five years, InterDynamics
has invested in the development
of a range of products based on
a roster-based fatigue-scoring
formula licensed from the University
of South Australia’s Centre
for Sleep Research. This collaboration
has contributed to the development
and successful marketing of the
Fatigue Audit InterDyne® (FAID®)
family of fatigue-risk management
products.Demand for this product has strengthened
and grown through delivery of
awareness-raising training courses.
Experience working with client
organisations to deliver fatigue
management training, and using
FAID® products
to deliver fatigue-related risk
assessment services, has seen
the emergence of another InterDynamics
product called “Faid®Safe”.
This program focuses on objective
risk assessment, promotion of
risk awareness at operational
and management levels and accreditation
for those individuals and organisations
who achieve competency in fatigue
risk management systems.
The development of this program
has led to an alliance being formed
with Zurich Risk Engineering,
who is in the market of insuring
risk. They are excited to be able
to quantify and qualify fatigue
risk using objective methodologies
and tools. There are now existing
projects under way, with an opportunity
for this alliance to deliver services
and products incorporating the
Faid®Safe Program
into the global risk engineering
market.
